What we collect. When you email bookings@bluecollarentertainment.com or use our booking form, we collect what you send us: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, and event details. Our website host (Squarespace) may also collect basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and cookies.

How we use it. We use your information only to answer your inquiry, quote and book your event, send contracts and receipts, and keep business records. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers that run our website, email, and payments, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

How long we keep it. For as long as we need it to serve you and to meet tax and recordkeeping rules.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Massachusetts law (201 CMR 17.00) applies to personal information we hold about Massachusetts residents.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to bookings@bluecollarentertainment.com.

Social media. Our Instagram and X pages are run under those platforms’ own privacy policies.

Children. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
