These are a summary. Your signed contract controls if anything here differs.

Pricing. Packages are listed as “starting at” prices. Your final price depends on date, hours, location, travel, equipment, and add-ons, and is set in your written quote and contract. Prices may change until a contract is signed.

Booking and deposit. A date is held only once we receive a signed contract and a deposit of 25% of the contract total. The deposit goes toward your total.

Balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Payment is by check or cash payable to Blue Collar Entertainment LLC, or in Bitcoin (Lightning) via Strike.

Cancellation and refunds. If you cancel, we keep the 25% deposit. Cancel 60+ days out and nothing more is owed; 14–59 days out, 25% of the balance is also due; under 14 days, 50% of the balance is also due. Anything beyond the deposit is waived if we rebook your date. If we must cancel, we refund everything you paid, including the deposit.

Overtime. Time beyond the contracted hours is $100 per hour, approved on site by the client.

Venue and power. The client makes sure the venue allows a DJ and amplified sound and provides safe access, a covered setup area, and two dedicated 20-amp grounded outlets within 50 feet of the DJ setup. Outdoor events need shade or cover and protection from rain. We may refuse to play or stop if conditions are unsafe for people or gear.

Weather and events beyond control. Neither side is responsible for delays or cancellation caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, power failure, fire, government orders, or emergencies. If that happens, we’ll first try to reschedule, and the deposit carries over to the new date. If no new date works within 12 months, we refund everything paid except half the deposit.

Conduct and damage. We may stop performing if guests are abusive or threaten safety. The client is responsible for damage to our equipment caused by guests.

Liability. We carry general liability insurance and can name the venue as additional insured on request.
